Join Express Employment Professionals, a people-first staffing leader, as the face of our brand to local employers. In this consultative outside sales role, you’ll grow a defined territory by connecting businesses with the talent and HR support they need to thrive.

A day in the life

You start your morning planning the day’s prospecting route and prioritizing follow-ups. Late morning, you’re meeting a plant manager to learn about seasonal hiring needs and recommend a tailored solution. After lunch, you present a services proposal to a regional HR leader. Back at the office, you partner with our recruiting and operations teams to align on candidate pipelines and ensure an outstanding client experience. You wrap the day by organizing tomorrow’s outreach to promising new prospects.

What you’ll own

• Source and develop new business through research, prospecting calls, drop-ins, and local networking
• Deliver clear, compelling presentations of Express services to decision-makers across multiple industries
• Nurture and expand relationships within an existing book of business
• Consult with clients to understand hiring goals and design right-fit workforce solutions
• Negotiate pricing and prepare service agreements
• Plan and manage a disciplined schedule to engage both prospective and current clients
• Collaborate closely with recruiting and operations to drive satisfaction and results

Territory

Operate within a defined local territory, building visibility and long-term partnerships with area companies.

Schedule and pay

Pay: DOE

Schedule: 8:00am - 5:00pm (Monday-Friday)
