We are currently seeking a highly motivated and driven individual to join our team as an Inside Sales Representative. As the US distributor for a prestigious and high-quality beauty brand from France, we cater to both B2B and B2C markets. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in driving our success by engaging with beauty professionals and consumers.
Key Responsibilities:
· Handle inbound inquiries, provide comprehensive product information, and address customer needs effectively.
· Take the initiative to make outbound calls to interested beauty professionals, converting them into valued providers.
· Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales transactions into our CRM system.
· Contribute to a positive team atmosphere by actively sharing insights and collaborating on best practices.
· Develop and maintain strong product knowledge, staying up to date with new releases and changes in the professional beauty industry.
Qualifications:
· Previous sales experience required
· Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey product information, benefits, and value propositions to customers.
· Active listening skills to understand customer needs and tailor sales strategies accordingly.
· Highly motivated and independent, with the ability to work autonomously and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
· Basic computer literacy, including proficiency with Google Suite and experience in working with CRM systems.
