Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and interview candidates for various positions across multiple departments.
• Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs.
• Utilize various recruitment platforms and social media to attract top talent.
• Conduct bilingual interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to offer negotiation.
• Provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
• Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English, Mandarin or Spanish, both written and spoken.
• Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and candidate engagement.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
