Job Title: Clinical   Office Manager LVN – Home Health (Full-Time)

Signing bonus $5,000

Location: Burlingame, CA

MUST HAVE HANDS-ON EXPERIENCE IN MANAGING OFFICE CLINICAL OPERATIONS OF HOME HEALTH AGENCY

We are seeking a Full-Time Clinical Office Manager LVN to oversee key operational areas, including supplies, physician orders, medical records, durable medical equipment (DME), and reh-ospitalization tracking. This role is based in our Burlingame, CA office and plays a critical part in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage supply inventory and vendor relationships to ensure efficient ordering.
  • Oversee physician orders, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Maintain patient records and ensure regulatory compliance (HIPAA, EHR).
  • Oversee acquisition, maintenance, and distribution of DME.
  • Track and analyze re-hospitalizations, identifying process improvements.
  • Act as liaison between clinical field staff, client, physician, family members, and other client-appointed individuals, and reports all information to those involved in the care of the client in a timely manner.
  • Coordinates care with other clinical management team members for PT, OT, speech therapy, etc
  • Supervise and mentor the operations team to drive efficiency and performance.
  • Directly evaluate and oversee all Home Health intakes, admissions and ongoing care.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of Home Health or Hospice MANAGING OFFICE operations experience .
  • LVN License
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency with Kinnser.
  • Knowledge of HIPAA and healthcare industry regulations
