Collection Data Manager BTS Software Solutions is seeking a
Collection Data Manager to manage collection systems in support of mission requirements.

TS/SCI with Poly Skills And Experience You'll Bring - Collaborate with customers, developers, and analysts to monitor and troubleshoot operational processing paths
- Provide data flow management for data originating via multiple sources going into the Mission Data Repository.
- Identifying processing trends, new developments and customer requirements that may affect the access of collected Cyber data and/or the operational capabilities of existing and future collection and processing systems.
- Comply with requirements to protect customer data from inadvertent release to unauthorized consumers by filtering data and managing distribution tables and rules.
- Maintain and provide metrics on forwarding and distribution of various types of collected Cyber data Job Summary Collection Management is the process of managing and organizing the collection of intelligence from various sources.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for coordinating across teams.
- A drive to learn and master new technologies and techniques.
Degree Requirement - Bachelor's Degree in any field.
Education And Experience Entry level positions require a high school diploma or GED plus 6 years of relevant experience, or an Associate's degree plus 4 years of relevant experience, or a Bachelor's degree and 2 years of relevant experience. Higher positions require up to and including a high school diploma or GED plus 15 years of relevant experience, or an Associate's degree plus 13 years of relevant experience, a Bachelor's degree and 11 years of relevant experience OR a Master's Degree and 9 years of relevant experience.
Pay Range: $85,000-$227,000 The BTS pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Our approach to crafting offers considers various factors to establish an equitable and competitive compensation package. These considerations include, but are not limited to, the extent and intricacy of the role’s responsibilities, the candidate’s educational background, their work experience, and the specific competencies crucial for success in the role.
