Salary: $75,000 - 97,000 per year Requirements:
- Expert knowledge in principles of data governance and program design
- Highly proficient in data governance concepts and applications (metadata management, data quality, stewardship, etc.)
- Understanding of AI and AI governance
- Awareness of healthcare market and industry trends
- Familiarity with computer hardware and software applications relevant to work functions
- Strong problem-solving and process improvement skills
- Excellent communication abilities to convey complex topics to non-technical audiences
- Proficient in program and project management
- Capable of conducting crucial conversations with desired outcomes
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Strong relationship-building capabilities with personnel and medical staff at all levels
- Ability to engage with clients with varying degrees of computer knowledge
- Capacity to adapt to changes in the business and market environment
- Independent critical thinking and problem-solving abilities

Responsibilities: - Champion and uphold the mission, vision, and core values of Bryan Health
- Support and participate in work stream planning processes
- Communicate effectively with executive sponsors and project advocates to ensure understanding of data governance policies
- Develop and play an active role in executing a comprehensive data governance strategy that aligns with overall organizational goals
- Define and uphold data standards, classifications, and protection guidelines for consistent data across various systems
- Translate governance policies into actionable strategies that enhance data reliability
- Establish and implement policies that govern data management in AI models, ensuring quality and compliance
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and data stewards to define data governance roles and responsibilities
- Work with data science and AI/ML teams to ensure reliable data for AI training and validation
- Align governance policies with the AI development lifecycle for effective data stewardship
- Conduct assessments to identify data issues and opportunities for improvement
- Provide guidance and training on data governance best practices to business users and data stewards
- Engage with governance groups for oversight and resolution of issues
- Identify and address risks related to AI data, ensuring responsible practices
- Collaborate with Data Analytics and IT to design and implement governance tools and technologies
- Stay informed on AI and data governance trends and proactively suggest enhancements
- Ensure compliance of AI data with privacy laws and maintain auditability of data pipelines
- Advise the Bryan Data Analytics Council on project prioritization as needed
- Build effective collaborative relationships throughout the Bryan Health System
- Collaborate with project advocates to ensure outcomes meet business standards
- Align team resources and priorities according to Data Council guidance
- Foster positive relationships with clients, overseeing all data governance efforts
- Pursue ongoing professional development to stay updated in the field of expertise
- Facilitate and contribute to multi-disciplinary teams and project meetings
- Undertake additional projects and tasks as required
