About the R ole:

We’re looking for an experienced and data-dri ven Digital Marketing Man ager to join our HCP Core Engagement team. You will play a key role in growing and retaining Medscape’s physician and healthcare professional audience through multi-channel campaigns that span email, mobile apps, social media, and paid digital platfo

rms.This is an exciting opportunity to work on high-impact initiatives, leverage data to optimize user journeys, and collaborate with creative and strategic teams across the organizat ion.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead marketing strategy and execution for campaigns aimed at growing and engaging our HCP audience.Develop and optimize multi-channel marketing efforts, including email, in-app messaging, push notifications, paid social, and display ads.

Analyze performance data to identify trends, measure effectiveness, and make data-informed decisions to improve engagement and retention.

Partner with cross-functional teams (e.g., Design, UX, Editorial) to ensure brand alignment and user-centric campaign delivery.Test, iterate, and scale marketing campaigns using A/B testing and segmentation strategies.

Stay informed on healthcare industry trends and incorporate insights into campaign strategy.

Required Qualifica tions:

3+ years of experience in digital marketing, ideally within healthcare, health tech, or related industries, including copy writing.

Proven experience managing email and app-based marketing campaigns, with a strong understanding of channel best practices.

Skilled in using performance data to inform strategy (e.g., open rates, CTR, conversion).

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong analytical mindset and attention to d etail.

Self-motivated, adaptable, and results-oriented with strong project management abilities.

Preferred Qualific ations:

Advanced Microsoft Excel skills for campaign analysis and reporting.

Experienc e with: Analytics tools: Adobe Analytics (SiteCatalyst/Omniture), Google An alytics

Marketing automation pla tforms: Salesforce Marketing Cloud (ExactTarget), AirshipCRM/project tools: Salesforce, YouTrack

Familiarity with healthcare professional (HCP) marketing and compliance consider ations.

Comp . range: $74,000 -$80,000.

Bonus E ligible: This position is also eligible for a discretionary company bonus, based upon business results.
