A high-end, service-focused garment care company is seeking a professional and personable Dry Cleaning Associate to join their front-facing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, has an eye for detail, and appreciates quality clothing and fabrics. Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Handle garment intake, tagging, and order processing
• Communicate clearly with customers regarding services, timelines, and special requests
• Manage front desk operations, including phone calls and customer inquiries
• Ensure accuracy when handling garments and customer orders
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front-of-house environment
• Coordinate with internal team on order status and customer needs
• Provide a high level of customer service and resolve issues when needed
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Professional, friendly, and polished demeanor
• Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable and punctual
• Prior experience in dry cleaning, tailoring, or clothing/garment-related roles preferred
• Familiarity with fabrics, garment care, or alterations

Salary: $20-$25/hour

Hours: M-F: 8 am - 7 pm ; Alternate Sundays: 9 am - 5 pm (Optional)
