We are looking for a motivated Entry-Level Business Analyst to support business operations and sales growth initiatives. This role involves gathering requirements, analyzing data, improving processes, and working closely with stakeholders to deliver business solutions.
**Responsibilities:**
* Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders.
* Create user stories, acceptance criteria, and process documents.
* Analyze sales, inventory, and customer data to support decision-making.
* Identify process gaps and suggest improvements to increase efficiency.
* Conduct root cause analysis to resolve operational issues.
* Develop and maintain KPI reports and performance trackers.
* Support Agile team activities such as backlog discussions and sprint planning.
* Serve as a point of contact for operational inquiries via phone and email.
* Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of sensitive business data.
**Requirement:**
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or related field.
* Basic understanding of Business Analysis concepts.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Good communication and documentation skills.
* Familiarity with Agile methodology is a plus.
* Ability to analyze data and create reports (Excel or similar tools).
