Job Opening: Club Manager at Anytime Fitness Location: Mount Horeb, WI Type: Full-Time Lead with Purpose. Grow with Heart. What You’ll Do * Be a visible, active leader on the gym floor — engaging members, spotting opportunities to support their goals, and setting the tone through your own habits * Build strong relationships with members and staff by speaking the language of fitness, training, and consistency * Support membership growth and hit sales KPIs by creating a welcoming, motivating environment — service-driven, not sales-y * Coach and develop team members to deliver exceptional member experiences * Oversee daily operations, cleanliness, safety, and facility standards * Manage reporting and budget awareness * Stay current on fitness trends, training principles, and industry best practices Who We’re Looking For We’re looking for someone who brings fitness credibility and leadership energy to everything they do. You likely are: * Fitness-Minded – You train regularly, value movement, and understand gym culture * Credible – Members and staff trust you because you walk the talk * Connected – You build rapport easily with people at all fitness levels * Coachable – Always learning, improving, and open to feedback * Driven – You take pride in results and help others rise with you Experience in fitness, coaching, personal training, group exercise, or gym operations is a strong plus — but passion and consistency matter just as much.
