Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and organized Junior Buyer to join our client’s procurement team in Marlborough. This role is essential to maintaining the operational efficiency of the office by managing equipment leases and ensuring a seamless supply of critical consumables. The ideal candidate is a proactive communicator with a high degree of technical accuracy.
salary: $16.5 - $18.5 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 4:30 PM

Responsibilities
- Vendor Management: Interface directly with vendors to oversee the leasing of office equipment, specifically copiers and multifunctional devices.
- Inventory Control: Proactively manage supply chains to ensure all departments maintain optimal levels of ink, cartridges, and essential office peripherals.
- Administrative Precision: Maintain accurate records and streamline procurement workflows through rigorous data entry.
