ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking an enthusiastic individual who is passionate about food and leadership, eager to learn and work hard, and brings good energy to work.
The Junior Sous Chef works under the general supervision of the Executive Chef, Chef de Cuisine, and Sous Chefs to assist in managing and overseeing all kitchen operations.
Key responsibilities include:As a member of Oleana’s management team, the successful Junior Sous Chef will work to support established goals and values and uphold existing culture and the highest quality standards of customer service and hospitality.
This is an exempt, full-time position. The Junior Sous Chef is expected to accomplish the responsibilities outlined in this job description in the daily number of hours required to do so, estimated at roughly 48 hours/week.
