Bonsai Brewing is hiring a motivated, experienced Line Cook to join our team for the summer season.
We are a high-volume brewery and beer garden in Whitefish, Montana, located on the road to Big Mountain Resort. Summer is our busiest time of year. Our kitchen operates outdoors and services a steady flow of guests, live music events, and peak tourism traffic.
This is a fast-paced, physically demanding role suited for someone who thrives under pressure and enjoys working as part of a tight, energetic team.
What You’ll Do

• Execute lunch and dinner service in a high-volume environment
• Maintain speed, consistency, and quality during peak rushes
• Work in an outdoor kitchen setup during summer months
• Assist with prep and daily station setup and breakdown
• Support live music nights and special events

What We’re Looking For

• 2–3 years of line cooking experience
• Ability to perform in a high-intensity, fast-paced kitchen
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Professional, team-oriented attitude
• Comfortable working outdoors in warm conditions
• Responsible and able to maintain composure under pressure
