Start your new career as a Machine Operator Technician with MAU with our client in Mansfield, GA. As a Machine Operator Technician, you will perform maintenance, troubleshoot equipment, and support production processes to ensure quality and efficiency.

What We’re Looking For:

• High school diploma preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of mechanical and electrical experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to work independently and lead others when needed
• Advanced computer skills
• Flexibility to work various shifts as required

What You’ll Do as a Machine Operator Technician:

• Perform corrective and preventive maintenance on equipment
• Monitor and adjust production processes for quality and productivity
• Set up and operate production equipment, including changeovers
• Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment, devices, or product issues
• Support supervisory duties when needed
• Perform production and quality control tasks as assigned
• Participate in 6S standards and lean manufacturing initiatives
• Contribute to continuous improvement programs
• Follow quality standards, including ISO 9001:2015 requirements
• Complete additional duties assigned by management
• Patrol and monitor production jobs throughout the shift
