West Coast Wound and Skin Care seeks an ambitious Medical Billing Clerk. This is a full-time, on-site position, at our Burbank, CA headquarters.
Job Description:
The Medical Billing Clerk position is primarily clerical, assisting our Billing team with the majority of duties involving preparing and printing documents for mailing, handling correspondence/In-coming mails, organizing files, performing administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, provide administrative support to the team.

• Intermediate-to-advanced computer/technical skills
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365
• Strong ethical and moral compass
• Professional demeanor
• Reliable and dependable
• Discrete and able to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
• Ability to follow directions

Work Schedule:
Monday-Friday 8:30 - 5:00 p.m.

Pay: $18.00 an hour

Minimum Qualifications:

• Be of legal working age and have reliable transportation to report to work on-site Monday-Friday.
• At least 1 year of administrative or clerical work, or commensurate educational experience preferred
• English fluency

Preferred Qualifications:

• Medical Terminology knowledge
• Interest in the medical field
• Drive to be a Biller or billing specialist
