You'll host live casino games — Blackjack, Roulette, Baccarat — on camera from a professional studio while players join online from their phones, tablets, and computers.

No casino experience needed. No dealing experience required.

If you've worked as a server, bartender, host, barista, or in hospitality, you may already have everything it takes.

This is not another restaurant job.

No food running.

No cleaning tables.

No chasing tips.

No customers standing in your face.

You'll sit in a modern broadcast studio, host live casino games on camera, and bring good energy to online players around the world.

• Host live casino games on camera including Blackjack, Roulette, and Baccarat
• Speak to online players in a friendly, professional way
• Follow game procedures and on-screen prompts
• Keep the game moving smoothly and engagingly

• Complete paid dealer training through Evolution Academy

• 3pm - 11pm
• 5pm - 1am 
• 7pm - 3am
• 11pm-7am

Weekend availability required.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Must pass required background checks
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a valid Pennsylvania gaming license
• Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Must wear assigned uniform and maintain professional appearance standards
• Strong communication skills and a positive, service-minded attitude
• Responsible, dedicated, and dependable

Physical Requirements

• Prolonged sitting at counter-height chairs and tables
• Repeated use of both hands and arms
• Full mobility and dexterity in upper extremities
• Ability to see and read a chat screen from 4+ feet away
• Ability to communicate verbally to players
• Ability to lift up to 10 lbs. when needed
• Ability to work assigned shifts including evenings, weekends, and overnights
