Patent Attorney Hybrid (Mesa, AZ)

The firm is seeking a motivated patent attorney to support U.S. patent
prosecution in Mesa, AZ. Youll work directly with inventors, founders,
and in-house teams enjoying both in-office collaboration and the
flexibility to work remotely part of the week. This is primarily an
in-person role in Mesa, Arizona.

What Youll Do:

- Draft, file, and prosecute U.S. patent applications under the
direction of a partner.

- Conduct examiner interviews and develop thoughtful IP strategies

- Collaborate directly with inventors and clients

- Work with a collaborative team using modern, streamlined systems

Qualifications:

What Were Looking For:

- Registered to practice before the USPTO, or exam-passed and pending
registration

- Minimum bachelors (BS) engineering, CS, EE, ME, physics, or
similar, and preferably masters (MS)

- Strong communication skills and comfort working directly with
clients

- Self-motivated, organized, and eager to contribute to a modern,
growing practice
