We are a remote-first, dynamic technology company based in New York City solving meaningful challenges across youth sports — and this summer, we're bringing together a highly intentional cohort of interns to help build what's next. About the Internship Program: Our Summer 2026 Internship Program is a 10-week, fully onsite experience in NYC (June 1–August 7, 2026). This is not a shadowing program. As a GameChanger intern, you'll:We've intentionally designed a smaller cohort (12 interns) to provide strong mentorship, meaningful ownership, and real exposure to how we build and ship at scale.
The Position: We're looking for a People Analytics and Rewards Intern to support high-impact work tied to strengthening our organizational foundation. You will sit at the intersection of data, compensation strategy, and workforce planning, and will focus on translating people data into insights that inform how we scale. Over the course of the summer, you'll own clearly defined analytical projects that shape how we structure, reward, and support our teams. You will report to our Director of People Strategy and Operations. What You'll Work On: You'll take ownership of clearly scoped, high-impact work that will include:You'll collaborate with teammates (including Finance and leadership), receive consistent feedback, and contribute work that drives measurable impact.
