Think Tell Junction We are seeking a highly organized proactive and discreet Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support to a busy executive. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and a keen attention to detail. This role involves coordinating schedules managing correspondence preparing reports and assisting with personal errands and administrative duties to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and organize the executives calendar including scheduling appointments and meetings.
• Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence such as emails phone calls and mail.
• Arrange travel plans itineraries and accommodation for business and personal trips.
• Prepare edit and proofread documents reports presentations and other communications.
• Act as a liaison between the executive and internal or external contacts.
• Conduct research and compile information as requested to assist with decision-making.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities with attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
• Discretion and confidentiality with sensitive information.
• Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
