Job Title: PPC/Paid Media Specialist
Location-Type: Remote
Start Date Is: ASAP
Duration: 7 months (guaranteed until 9/30/26) with strong likelihood of extension
Compensation Range: $30 - $38/hr W2

Job Description:

The PPC / Paid Media Specialist will join the internal marketing team, supporting the execution and optimization of paid media campaigns across key digital channels. This role is responsible for managing campaigns end-to-end, analyzing performance, and collaborating with stakeholders to drive measurable business outcomes.

This individual will work closely with marketing stakeholders and demand generation leaders to improve campaign effectiveness, optimize spend, and clearly communicate performance insights. The ideal candidate is both hands-on in platforms and capable of contributing to campaign strategy and decision-making.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
  • Own campaign setup, execution, and optimization across:
    • Google Ads (Search & Display)
    • LinkedIn Ads
    • YouTube Ads
  • Manage and optimize 3–6 campaigns simultaneously
  • Conduct keyword research and audience targeting
  • Monitor campaign performance, identify trends, and optimize for ROI
  • Analyze campaign data and provide actionable insights to stakeholders
  • Present performance results and tell a clear data-driven story
  • Collaborate with internal marketing stakeholders and demand generation teams
  • Identify areas of success and opportunities for improvement
  • Work within existing reporting frameworks and tools including:
    • Google Ads
    • LinkedIn Campaign Manager
    • GA4
    • Looker Studio
    • Internal campaign reporting tools
  • Make in-platform adjustments such as keyword updates, bid changes, and audience refinements
  • Support campaign strategy alongside an external agency partner
Requirements:
  • 2–4 years of experience in PPC / Paid Media / Performance Marketing
  • Hands-on experience managing campaigns in:
    • Google Ads
    • LinkedIn Ads
    • YouTube Ads
  • Strong understanding of:
    • Campaign optimization
    • ROI / performance metrics
    • Keyword research
  • Experience analyzing data and translating insights into actionable recommendations
  • Ability to present campaign performance and communicate effectively with stakeholders
  • Experience working in a B2B marketing environment
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously
  • Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
