Job Description

JOB OVERVIEW:

The Promoter is responsible for driving guest traffic, building a personal client base, and promoting the venue through networking, social engagement, and guest relationship management. This role actively markets both the venue and themselves to attract guests, assist with VIP reservations, and ensure every guest receives an exceptional experience.

JOB EXPECTATIONS:

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Build and establish a strong personal clientele to drive guest traffic to the venue.
  • Actively market both the venue and personal brand through networking and social media.
  • Utilize personal and professional networks to bring guests into the venue.
  • Meet or exceed minimum requirements for table reservations and guest attendance.
  • Assist guests with booking VIP table reservations and accommodating special requests.
  • Field sales inquiries related to bottle service and table reservations.
  • Explain pricing, packages, and secure payment for bottle service reservations.
  • Guide guests through all phases of their venue experience to ensure satisfaction.
  • Greet guests upon arrival and assist in seating VIP bottle service guests when necessary.
  • Participate in weekly marketing initiatives, networking events, and promotional outings.
  • Assist in developing the venue’s guest database through networking and data collection.
  • Market and promote on-property events, entertainment, and special promotions.
  • Consistently deliver exceptional customer service and maintain positive guest relationships.
  • Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly with a sense of urgency.
  • Resolve service issues professionally and escalate concerns to management when necessary.
  • Maintain consistent communication with management and venue teams to support guest needs.
  • Follow all company policies, venue procedures, and standard operating procedures.
  • Adhere to all health, safety, and local regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain a positive attitude while demonstrating enthusiasm, humility, appreciation, and respect toward all team members.
  • Perform additional job-related duties as assigned.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

This position does not have any supervisory responsibilities

REQUIREMENTS : (Include equipment knowledge/use)

  • Ability to work as part of a team in a high-volume environment. 
  • Demonstrate ability to work in a dynamic environment that includes frequent change. 
  • Good communication skills; multilingual is a plus. 
  • Ability to read and write in English proficiently. 
  • Physically able to walk or stand without assistance on various surfaces for an extended period of time. 
  • Professionally groomed in a manner consistent with department grooming standards 
  • Must be 21 years of age.

CERTIFICATIONS, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS

  • Must be able to qualify for licenses and permits required by federal, state and local regulations. 

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Must regularly lift and/move up to 15 pounds, and must have the ability to push, pull, reach and balance when performing job duties in varying work areas such as confined spaces. 
  • Physical ability and stamina to stand for long hours.
  • Physically able to walk without assistance on various surfaces for an extended period of time.

WORKING CONDITIONS

• Work is performed indoors and outdoors in a climate-controlled environment and exposed to various environmental factors such as but not limited to noise, dust and smoke.
