Job Summary:

We are seeking analytical and detail-oriented Supply Chain Analysts with up to 2 years of experience to join our growing team. This role will support supply chain operations through data analysis, inventory planning, logistics coordination, forecasting, and process improvement initiatives across multiple locations in the United States.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze supply chain data to improve inventory levels, procurement, and logistics efficiency.

  • Prepare reports on demand planning, stock movement, supplier performance, and transportation costs.

  • Support forecasting, replenishment planning, and inventory control activities.

  • Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, production, and transportation teams.

  • Identify bottlenecks and recommend process improvements.

  • Monitor KPIs such as OTIF, fill rate, lead time, and inventory turnover.

  • Assist in vendor management and purchase order tracking.

  • Ensure data accuracy in ERP / supply chain systems.

  • Support cross-functional projects and continuous improvement programs.

Required Skills:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • Good knowledge of MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, formulas).

  • Understanding of supply chain, logistics, and inventory concepts.

  • Strong communication and coordination skills.

  • Attention to detail with ability to manage multiple priorities.

  • Basic reporting and dashboarding skills preferred.

Qualification:
  • Master degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, Industrial Engineering, or related field.

Preferred:
  • Internship or entry-level experience in logistics, procurement, planning, or operations.

  • Exposure to ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or similar.

  • Knowledge of Power BI / Tableau is an advantage.
