Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide virtual administrative support to the team at Extract Wellness
  • Manage and maintain calendars schedules and appointments
  • Handle email correspondence and communication on behalf of the organization
  • Assist in the organization and coordination of internal and external meetings
  • Prepare and organize documents reports and presentations as needed
  • Perform data entry and maintain databases accurately
  • Handle basic bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing and expense tracking
  • Assist with customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for team members

Essential Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a virtual administrative assistant or similar role
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Proficient in using MS Office and Google Suite
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • High level of confidentiality and professionalism

Desired Experience:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative support roles
  • Experience working in a virtual or remote environment
  • Familiarity with CBD products and the wellness industry
