They are seeking a Tax Accountant to join a growing team and have opportunities for growth. The successful Tax Accountant will have high ethical standards and make an impact on day one. Performance Expectations for the Tax Accountant:

* Prepare Tax Returns
* Prepare some light accounting work
* Review Tax Returns (DOE)
* Compilations
* Develop client relationships

Experience/Qualifications for the Tax Accountant:

* Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting, Finance, or Equivalent
* Master's Degree (Not required)
* CPA Eligible
* CPA (Preferred)
* A minimum of 4-7 years of proven experience in public accounting.
* Must have the ability to utilize firm technology to enhance client service
* Must have strong multi-tasking skills
* Must have strong leadership skills
* Must be willing to work >40 hours per week during busy season
* Applicants must have excellent verbal and written communication skills

Compensation for the Tax Accountant:

* Benefits: SEP plan & Major Holiday's Paid
* 12 days of PTO/ year
* Strong work and life balance
* 2 Bonuses per year
* No more than 60hrs/ week during busy season
